COVID 19 - What We Are Doing

Yes we are currently open and shipping orders! Below are a few notes of interest so here's a brief run-down on what we are doing about Coronavirus:

We currently process orders from locations in US States not under quarantine from COVID-19, this means fast shipping and has worked great all of 2020, and will continue into 2021.
Our office support staff is still working so there should be no change in responding to customers with detailed online Customer Support. Try our personal support for shipping and product questions!
We are shipping to the USA and most countries, a few countries have had service suspensions, but those countries are removed from the shipping list during checkout. If you've already placed an order we either have shipped or are shipping your order. Currently we are shipping orders 4 days per week with a 1-2 day processing time (Ex. if you order on Monday, it will ship no later than Tues/Wed).
We have always taken hygiene and sanitation seriously and this is supervised with our products and shipping. We now have one person working at a time in the shipping area and use carrier drop-offs. This minimizes the number of people we interact with including at the Post Office or UPS, maintaining our usual fast and regular shipping.
We have a good inventory of everything at the moment, so you should see everything on our site. All of our polishes are made and bottled right here in the USA. Microfiber towels come from Asia (this is the only place in the world where microfiber is made) and we procured much in advance, so we're well-stocked on towels.
If we receive any notices on certain areas or countries that can't be shipped to due to a COVID-19 issue, we will update our shipping list. If you are in an affected country that we aren't currently shipping to (Ex. Italy), you may contact us to be placed on a waiting list so we can process an order for you when things clear up in your area. Or you may simply check back with us. If your country is listed in the Drop-down list of Ship-to countries, then we are currently shipping there.
